Zen Tables

Buddhist monks use sand as a form of meditation. They use sand to represent the impermanence of life and how it is ever changing. A small area filled with sand is a good way to unleash creativity in the form of a Zen Garden for meditation or simply to create a “mini garden” that reminds you of peaceful outdoor location.
